Refugios (mountain huts) in the Mountains, Bariloche (rates correct as of Feb. 2010)

Bariloche has a network of Mountain Huts (Refugios), they provide basic accommodation (mattresses in large bunk style dormitory) they can NOT be booked in advance. You need to take your own sleeping bag.
They offer meals and use of the kitchen (for additional fee)

Refugio Frey: You can now make reservations for Frey, ask at the Mountain Info Centre
This is one of the most popular huts as it is the most heavily promoted at the Mountain Info Centre and easiest to get to.
In the high season it will be a squash (it is a small hut) and there are comments of poor kitchen facilities.

Refugio San Martin (Jakob)
